Publications and events

As a coordination and support action, PRO AKIS supported the compilation and dissemination of existing knowledge on Agricultural Knowledge and Information/Innovation Systems and in particular, agricultural advisory services in the EU. To this end, there was close collaboration with previous projects relating to AKIS (SOLINSA, AGRIMAPPING) and the SCAR collaborative working group on AKIS.

Sharing knowledge and information was promoted by a number of regional conferences and synthesis seminars organised by the PRO AKIS team where findings of our empirical research were presented and discussed. In addition, project members participated in relevant conferences (see presentations) and reports and publications were made available.
